You will need to make reservations in advance as they are only open between 5:30pm and 9:30pm. You can also order takeout. Sen of Japan, a Japanese casual restaurant, offers sushi and other entrees such as steak or seafood. You can be sure that the dishes are prepared by Nakano Hiromi (a former chef at Nobu), so you're familiar with the quality of the food.

Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar is an excellent option for guests staying near the Red Rock Hotel. You can enjoy fresh sushi rolls, sashimi and burgers daily at this restaurant. If not everyone wants to eat sushi, this place is the best choice. You have many options with the different sections of the menu for west-coast and east-coast fish. If you don’t like meat, there’s a yasai sushi section.

After getting some recommendations, I decided it was time to try all the Las Vegas sushi restaurants. After eating endless amounts sashimi (and spicy tuna) for a whole month, I believe these are the best places you can eat sushi in Las Vegas. Sushi Ninoshi is known for its excellent sushi. The food here is authentic and fresh. It's also reasonably priced considering what you get. There is a wide variety of food options.

You can choose from salmon, yellowtail or spicy tuna as well as crab, octopus and crab. I enjoyed the appetizers, especially the egg roll. The only thing that's not AYCE on the main menu is the sashimi. Sushi Way is another all-you can-eat sushi place located just minutes from the Strip. It is located one block away from the Venetian, making it easy to reach. This place is very friendly and the food is excellent.

Sushi Way is known for its All You Can Eat Sushi, which includes special chef rolls and skewers, tempuras, desserts, and many other dishes. Sushi Way also offers super white tuna sushi and tamago sushi. The AYCE sushi menu costs $21 for lunch, and $26 for dinner. The AYCE lunch begins at 11am and ends around 3pm. The AYCE dinner can be ordered until the restaurant closes.

Island Sushi & Grill's AYCE menu is $30 per person. The meals take approximately 90 minutes and can include dishes such as poke and teriyaki Chicken, gyoza or other favorites. Sushi Mon has a midnight special AYCE Sushi, which is different from other AYCE-certified sushi restaurants. The sushi menu features salmon roe (lobster), lobster, shiromi and sea urchin as well as mackerel-, shrimp-, mackerel-, and other similar options.
