Yellowtail serves sushi, sashimi as well as sushi rolls and tempura. The Angry Salmon specialty rolls, made with salmon, avocado, serrano chili peppers, and cucumber, is one of my favorite. Fresh omakase is also available. Kaiseki Yuzu, one of Japan's few restaurants that change their menu each month, is Kaiseki Yuzu. Like Sushi Kame they have only two seating times: 5:30pm and 8:15pm. You can only make a reservation for those times, so it is worth booking a few days ahead.
