They offer a great selection of sashimi (sushi rolls), deep-fried roll, sushi plates (noodles), donburi and udon. Hirobu also offers a vegan and gluten free menu. You can dine-in or order to-go. Kumi serves Japanese cuisine, with a Korean American twist. They can be found inside Mandalay Bay, at the south end on the Las Vegas Strip. The atmosphere is great and the service excellent. Bluefin Tuna Pizza was a favorite of mine when I went there. Kumi also serves a variety other menu options such as sushi rolls, sashimi or combination plates, Wagyu meat, and seafood.


Hayashi Japanese Cuisine serves one of the best AYCE Sushi Lunch Specials in Las Vegas. You can get as much sushi you wish for as little as $20 The AYCE menu offers a variety of sushi rolls, poke and sashimi platters as well as roll platters, shrimp tempura, and skewers. Although delivery and takeout can be ordered, they deliver only within 5 miles of the restaurant. Delivery is possible if you are staying on the Strip. Las Vegas has a lot of high-quality sushi restaurants. All along the Strip, you can find luxury and budget sushi places.

There are many flavors to choose from, including salmon, yellowtail and albacore, spicy tuna and yellowtail, as well as squids, octopus crab, lobster, and crab. The appetizers were also delicious, particularly the egg rolls. Only the sashimi is on the main menu. Sushi Way, another all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant is located just a few minutes away from the Strip. It is located just a block from the Venetian so it is easy to find. It has a friendly staff and delicious food.
