Umami is a AYCE restaurant that can be found in the northwestern area of Las Vegas. It's quite a trek from the Strip, but it's still one of the best local sushi restaurants in the city. I'm a frequent visitor and cannot recommend this place highly enough.
Island Sushi & Grill serves the AYCE dinner menu at $30 per head. The 90-minute meals include gyoza, teriyaki chicken and poke. Sushi Mon offers AYCE midnight sushi, unlike other AYCE restaurant.
