They are located in Mandalay Bay at the southern end of Las Vegas Strip. This place has a wonderful ambiance and top-notch service. Bluefin Tuna Pizza was the highlight of my visit to this restaurant. Kumi offers many other options, including special sushi rolls, sashimi and combination plates, Wagyu beef, seafood, and even nigiri.







Yummy Grill & Sushi in Las Vegas is a local favourite. They are located in the western section of town, near Summerlin. This restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere as well as affordable sushi. You will find a variety of sushi, vegetarian rolls and sashimi to choose from. The Arizona Roll is a speciality roll that includes spicy yellowtail and cucumber with ponzu sauce and green onion, the American Roll which includes shrimp tempura, crab and avocado, as well as the Cherry Blossom which has chopped soft shell crab and scallion. It can cost between $125 and $210 depending on the course, but it's worth the investment. You should also know that they are closed Tuesday through Wednesday. Zuma, if you're staying at Cosmopolitan is your closest sushi option. It was inspired by Izakaya, a casual Japanese restaurant. Zuma is well-known in Japan for its award winning cocktails. But, it also serves authentic Japanese food.
