They offer a wide variety of specialty rolls including Holy Cow and Popcorn Lobster. Gorilla Sushi can deliver or takeout. You should make reservations in advance if your intention is to eat in. Sushi Kaya is one the few sushi restaurants that you can all eat in Chinatown Las Vegas. The sushi is made from fresh fish delivered each morning so that you can ensure the quality of the food.

Also, the skewers were amazing. I enjoyed the bacon and scallops skewers. If you don't feel hungry enough to order the all-you can eat menu you can order the a la cart menu. This has larger portions. Umami is a AYCE restaurant that can be found in the northwestern area of Las Vegas. It's quite a trek from the Strip, but it's still one of the best local sushi restaurants in the city. I'm a frequent visitor and cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Sushi Way is well-known for its All You Can Eat Sushi. This includes special chef rolls, skewers and tempura as well as dessert. Sushi Way also offers crab sushi nigiri and mackerel sushi. The AYCE menu starts at $21 and ends at $26 for dinner. AYCE lunch is served at 11am, and ends at 3pm. You can still get the AYCE Dinner until the restaurant closes.

Bluefin Tuna Pizza was my favorite dish at Kumi. Kumi also offers a variety of menu items, such as specialty sushi rolls and sashimi. They also offer combination plates, Wagyu steaks, seafood, and other dishes.
