Sen of Japan has been a local favourite that is getting rave reviews from critics and diners. Sen of Japan serves finely prepared food in a comfortable and elegant setting. The location off the Strip helps to keep the prices affordable, but not cheap. Sen of Japan was opened by the former Nobu chef at Hard Rock. His expertise is evident in the tasty food. There are many options for diners to choose from: cold and warm appetizers, sushi and sashimi, grilled, braised and fried dishes, and tempura. Although Sen of Japan is a bit out of the way, once you get there you will be glad that you drove.

Hayashi Japanese Cuisine offers one of the most affordable AYCE sushi lunch specials available in Las Vegas. For $20, you can get as many sushi rolls as you like. You can get as many sushi rolls as you like from AYCE, including poke, sashimi platters and roll platters. Delivery and takeout are also available, but delivery is limited to 5 miles from the restaurant. If you stay on the Strip, delivery is usually possible. Musashi Japanese Sushi House is a late night sushi restaurant just a few streets from the Strip. The location is popular with locals as it's open from 1am on weekends. You can enjoy sushi rolls, nigiri and Japanese teppanyaki as well as chicken, steak and seafood. Enjoy watching the chefs cook your food live in front you. Musashi is a Japanese-inspired restaurant in Las Vegas that is often overlooked.

The Konbea Belt Sushi menu offers a variety of cuisines. These include sweet shrimps and bluefin tuna. The restaurant is located in Las Vegas at 5685 Spring Mountain Road.
