Hirobu offers both a vegetarian- and gluten-free menu. You can dine-in or order to-go. Kumi is a Japanese restaurant that serves Korean cuisine. They are located in Mandalay Bay at the southern end of Las Vegas Strip. This place has a wonderful ambiance and top-notch service. Bluefin Tuna Pizza was the highlight of my visit to this restaurant. Kumi offers many other options, including special sushi rolls, sashimi and combination plates, Wagyu beef, seafood, and even nigiri.

Soho, his new restaurant is a more affordable alternative to the Strip's sushi restaurants but offers the same quality food.

Some AYCE eat places are sloppy about quality, but not Umami. Everything on the menu is excellent, from the nigiri all the way to the handrolls. $25.95 for the all-you-can-eat lunch and $29.95 for the dinner menu. Sushi 21, a sushi place located just behind Excalibur is near the Las Vegas Strip. It's not accessible from the street, but it is easily accessible via Uber or taxi.

Zuma, if you're staying at Cosmopolitan is your closest sushi option. It was inspired by Izakaya, a casual Japanese restaurant. Zuma is well-known in Japan for its award winning cocktails. But, it also serves authentic Japanese food.

However, the authentic Japanese cuisine is equally good.

Sushi Koma Japanese Restaurant is near Jack in the Box. For $5, you can enjoy appetizers such as the baked green mussel and chicken Karage. You can make delicious sushi with fresh ingredients, including surf clams and salmon belly, seared Lemon Salmons, smoke paprika salmon, and salmon belly.
